Job Opportunity – Junior Civil Engineer

The Junior Civil Engineer will assist in the planning, supervision, and execution of civil works, ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to support efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision of civil works including concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing activities.
• Support senior engineers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor daily site activities and report progress to senior engineering staff.
• Assist in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is executed as per schedule.
• Participate in site inspections, quality checks, and measurements.
• Prepare basic site reports, daily logs, and documentation.
• Assist in tracking quantities, materials, and site resources.
• Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures on-site.
• Coordinate with surveying, QA/QC, and safety teams as required.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and site records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in civil construction or engineering consultancy roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship or site exposure may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with site documentation and reporting is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, take instructions, and grow professionally.
• Fluent in English
